I'm a Seattle-based photographer/blogger, transplanted from my native stomping grounds in Hawaii. Although I miss the warm weather of the islands, I've grown to love and appreciate the beauty found in the Pacific Northwest. (Seasons!)

Nothing makes me happier than photographing the wild, weird, and strange fairytale land that is childhood. I love to see it in all of its unbrushed hair, smudgy faces, pouts, roars, and mismatched clothes.  When we work together, I don't want you to stress about everything 'looking perfect', because our lives are glorious just the way they are. I'd rather see everyone in their favorite outfits, as opposed to their best outfits.

Our memories aren't reliable.  We're never going to remember or see the expression on our faces when we gaze at our kids. Or remember that funny scrunch of a kiddo's nose at age four. Which is why I truly believe family photography is one of the most important things we can do to preserve our history with loved ones.
